LIFE IS ABOUT THE PEOPLE YOU MEET AND THE THINGS YOU CREATE WITH THEM
Hello,I am enthusiastic, multipotentialite and characterised by my passion for innovative ideas, social impact and entrepreneurship. When I was 20, I co-founded ethelon an organization promoting volunteering in the Greek society and creating the adequate framework for cooperation between volunteers, NGOs and companies, aiming for a more active and equal society. Through my work,I have collaborated with leading Fortune 500 companies, received international recognition from the Ashoka Foundation as a Changemaker, spoke in TEDx events, featured in the Forbes 30 Under 30 list, in the category of Social Entrepreneurs and received a Fellowship from the United States Department of State. I hold an MBA degree at Gabelli Business School of Fordham University in New York focused on FinTech and Global sustainability, answering my calling to move from linear to exponential. While a student I was empowering the corporate global philanthropy and employee giving back initiatives of AbbVie in North Chicago, Now, I am applying behavioral insights to the practice of employee giving and volunteering can lead to a sustained pro-social behavior in the workplace with RW Institute, as the Director of Nudge the Good initiative.

My ManifestoToday, is the greatest day it could ever be. You don't have to work 8 to 10 hours, you can work either 4 or 18 hours, as long as your feed your productivity and your creativity instead of strict restrictions and negativity, in order to unleash your human-kind potential. Work 30 days in a row, or take the month off. Personal time, freedom and detachment are necessary to be able to observe the broader picture. Travel, books and people's ideas are the nutrition of mind. Do not underestimate them.
It is the only way to avoid what people think possible or impossible. Do not believe in personal limits, just on exciting them, not necessarily to always win, but to make sure you did the best you can. Don't wish to be lucky, just not to be unlucky. You can not always control the final outcome and it is okey. The thing you can control though is the effort you invested for it? Are you sure you did the best you could? Don't stay at words, move to action. Stop complaining for the things you can not change. Take the responsibility and give solutions to the problems you see around you. "Is not about being the founder, nor the leader, it's all about being the changemaker". Respect the other people, the diversity and the environment. Each moment is unique. And the small actions combined is what finally makes the difference. Say more often thank you. Thank you |
