LIFE IS ABOUT THE PEOPLE YOU MEET AND THE THINGS YOU CREATE WITH THEM

Picture

Hello,

What characterizes me is my passion for innovative ideas, social impact, and entrepreneurship. When I was 20 years old, I realized there was a real gap in Greek society. During the economic crisis, many nonprofit organizations needed support, while at the same time many young people were struggling to find ways to use their skills and contribute meaningfully. Together with a great team, I co-founded ethelon, an organization that promotes volunteering in Greece and creates the framework for collaboration between volunteers, NGOs, and companies, with the goal of building a more active and equal society.
Since then, more than
15,000 volunteers have supported 350+ nonprofits through over one million hours of service, helping ethelon grow into one of Greece’s fastest-growing volunteer networks.
Through this work, I have collaborated with top Fortune 500 companies, received a Fellowship from the
United States Department of State, been recognized by the Ashoka Foundation as a Global Changemaker, spoken at TEDx events, and been featured in international media such as Forbes, The Guardian, BBC, and HuffPost. I was also included in Forbes 30 Under 30 in the Social Entrepreneur category.
In recent years, I have advanced corporate philanthropy and employee engagement initiatives through AbbVie and Kaizen Gaming. I also led the Nudge the Good initiative at the RW Institute, collaborating with companies such as Starbucks, Nike, NVIDIA, SAP, and KPMG to apply behavioral science and design strategies for social impact and workplace engagement.
Today, my focus is on helping organizations and movements build win-win partnerships between companies, nonprofits, and communities that strengthen engagement and create meaningful impact. I also serve on several nonprofit boards, including Ecogenia (Climate Corps), GreekTech, and GenAI Summit.I also hold an MBA in Sustainability and FinTech from Fordham University in New York.
Beyond my professional work, I have explored 52 countries and 27 U.S. states, completed both the Athens and New York City Marathons, and if you ask me whom I admire most, I will always say my wife, Eleana, for her work ethic.

My Manifesto

Today, is the greatest day it could ever be. You don't have to work 8 to 10 hours, you can work either 4 or 18 hours, as long as your feed your productivity and your creativity instead of strict restrictions and negativity, in order to unleash your human-kind potential. Work 30 days in a row, or take the month off. Personal time, freedom and detachment are necessary to be able to observe the broader picture. Travel, books and people's ideas are the nutrition of mind. Do not underestimate them.
It is the only way to avoid what people think possible or impossible. Do not believe in personal limits, just on exciting them, not necessarily to always win, but to make sure you did the best you can. Don't wish to be lucky, just not to be unlucky. You can not always control the final outcome and it is okey. The thing you can control though is the effort you invested for it? Are you sure you did the best you could?
Don't stay at words, move to action. Stop complaining for the things you can not change. Take the responsibility and give solutions to the problems you see around you. "Is not about being the founder, nor the leader, it's all about being the changemaker". Respect the other people, the diversity and the environment.
Each moment is unique. And the small actions combined is what finally makes the difference.
Say more often thank you. Thank you
